ProjPass is a New Zealand-designed and developed software platform tailored for construction site intelligence. It integrates multiple functionalities such as time and attendance tracking, access control, inductions, permits, and evacuation management into a single system. The platform is currently operational on major construction sites throughout New Zealand and the Pacific region, processing over 2 million access events annually and serving top-tier Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Customer Success and Sales Specialist to lead product demonstrations, facilitate new customer onboarding, and deliver exceptional post-sale support that distinguishes us as a market leader in customer service. This opportunity offers a hands-on role at an early stage within a rapidly growing startup environment.
