Software Sales Specialist

About the Role

Staffora HR Consultancy is actively recruiting a motivated Software Sales Specialist focused on expanding B2B business within the retail technology sector. This role entails engaging retail businesses, commercial outlets, and large brands to sell comprehensive retail software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential retail clients throughout Dubai and the UAE through direct visits, cold calling, and strategic networking.
• Deliver live demonstrations of software products such as Point of Sale systems, Inventory Management, RFID tracking, CRM platforms, and custom retail ERP solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery meetings and on-site visits to finalizing contracts and maintaining client accounts.
• Keep an active and organized sales pipeline, customize proposals for prospects, and negotiate terms with retail owners and IT leaders.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven background in software sales, B2B technology sales, or SaaS solutions; experience with retail systems like POS, Inventory, RFID, or CRM is advantageous but not required.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license to facilitate frequent client meetings across Dubai.
• Ability to quickly learn software features and effectively communicate technical details to business professionals without a technical background.
• Strong skills in presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales, with fluency in English.

Additional Information

Compensation: AED 8000 to AED 10000 per month.
