Position Overview

The Machine Learning team at Cisco Norway seeks an enthusiastic software engineer passionate about real-time machine learning applied on video conferencing hardware. As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with hardware, software, and product units to effectively embed ML-driven functionality into our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and deploy end-to-end real-time ML models targeting computer vision tasks on Cisco’s video conferencing devices.
• Tackle compelling challenges including object detection, facial recognition, and scene interpretation.
• Transform concepts into production-level solutions that enhance user experience for millions globally.
• Continuously expand your expertise by attending courses, workshops, and international conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related technical disciplines.
• Proficient programming skills in C++ or Python.

• Experience or familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent tools.
