Job Overview

This role involves developing and maintaining software applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. The position requires a solid grasp of core Java principles, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using Java and Spring Boot technologies.
• Apply fundamental Java concepts including multithreading, collections, and exception handling in solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain microservices following best practices and established design patterns.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs effectively for seamless integration across platforms.
• Create and manage Docker files, oversee Docker images, and utilize Docker Compose for container orchestration.
• Deploy applications within Dockerized environments efficiently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Java programming language with a comprehensive understanding of its core concepts.
• Experienced in Spring Boot along with Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security modules.
• Knowledgeable about microservice architectures and related design patterns.
• Skilled in REST API development and implementation.
• Competent in Docker containerization including Docker file writing and image management.

Additional Preferences

Familiarity with AWS cloud services is an attractive asset but not mandatory.
