Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to be an integral part of our elite team. In this leadership role, you will not only oversee a group of engineers but also spearhead the growth of the Addepar Platform by designing and implementing cross-functional solutions that enhance product interactions.

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical direction for cross-functional products throughout Addepar.
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments to execute platform strategies effectively.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Ensure timely and flawless delivery of all project milestones.
• Foster and maintain productive relationships with partners across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams within the fintech industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with technologies including Java (version 17 or 21), Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS, and SQL/noSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous.
