Position Summary
We are seeking Mobile Engineers to join our Compliance engineering team in Singapore. In this role, you will develop secure, regulation-compliant mobile solutions that support global onboarding, identity verification, risk management, and regulatory adherence. This opportunity suits both early-career engineers aiming to master mobile security and regulatory tech, and experienced professionals capable of architecting resilient systems and providing technical leadership for global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and scale native iOS features and user workflows using Swift and contemporary iOS frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to convert functional specifications into seamless, responsive mobile applications.
- Integrate third-party SDKs, native APIs, and hardware features like camera interfaces and biometric systems, emphasizing user experience and performance.
- Contribute to designing modular, testable, and maintainable mobile client architectures.
- Engage in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvements to uphold high standards in iOS engineering.
- Utilize modern development tools and AI-assisted coding platforms to optimize development efficiency.
- Address edge cases, troubleshoot performance issues, and resolve production bugs to ensure dependable iOS app functionality.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Proficient hands-on experience with native iOS development using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including memory management, multithreading, and system design for mobile platforms.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs within production iOS applications.
- Dedication to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Embrace the use of contemporary developer tools and AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Codex in daily workflows.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with mobile continuous integration and deployment tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Xcode Cloud.
- Experience with modular iOS architectures or constructing internal shared SDKs and frameworks.
- Knowledge of iOS unit testing (XCTest) and user interface testing methods.
- Background in using feature flagging, analytics, or A/B testing frameworks.
