Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Siwan involves crafting, developing, testing, and sustaining software applications and backend services. Key daily functions include producing clean, effective code, conducting peer code reviews, diagnosing and solving technical challenges, and enhancing system performance. Collaboration with cross-departmental teams to gather requirements, implementing secure and scalable solutions, and contributing to technical documentation are core responsibilities. The role also involves engaging in continuous improvement through refactoring, system updates, and adopting industry best practices in software engineering.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in software development and programming to build and maintain applications.
- Practical experience with backend web development, including API creation, database management, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid grasp of object-oriented programming concepts and their applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience using version control systems like Git and working within collaborative development environments.
- Ability to analyze problems critically, suggest solutions, and function effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of software testing, debugging tools, and techniques for optimizing performance is advantageous.
