Role Overview
We seek a Software Engineer with a minimum of three years' expertise in Ruby on Rails (RoR), skilled at utilizing the language's unique paradigms, idioms, and syntax to develop scalable and maintainable enterprise-grade applications. This role entails writing well-documented code with adequate test coverage and collaborating with cross-functional teams working across various infrastructure layers. A dedication to collaborative problem solving and producing high-quality software is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, robust, testable, and maintainable code within an enterprise environment.
- Translate functional software requirements into efficient, high-performance software solutions.
- Contribute significantly to architectural and design decisions aimed at building an efficient microservices-based distributed architecture.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient experience working with Ruby on Rails.
- Background in developing enterprise-level systems.
- Experience with Databricks platform.
- Design and development of web services.
- Expertise in scaling systems and resolving database bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture is advantageous.
- Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, Single Sign-On (SSO), Authentication, and Identity Federation considered a plus.
- Exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Pods, and Service Meshes is beneficial.
- Experience with MySQL is an added advantage.
- Competence in building and optimizing asynchronous, high-throughput background processing using Sidekiq and Kafka-based event pipelines.

- Video Interview with the Hiring Manager conducted via MS Teams.
- Video Interview with the team, also via MS Teams.
Location
This position is based in Jaipur and Gurugram, Rajasthan, India, requiring onsite attendance.
