Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality engineering solutions for Merchandising Technology tools that influence Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA).
• Create workflows, APIs, and integrations related to merchant operations such as GMV Bridge, Listings, and Returns.
• Collaborate closely with Design and engineering peers to execute projects effectively.
• Demonstrate strong coding speed, problem-solving abilities, and ownership of deliverables.
• Design and develop full-stack applications and scalable systems servicing large brand clients.

Desired Experience and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient full-stack skills including Python programming, React front-end development, and Django web framework.
• Exposure to Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and workflow automation tools; familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI APIs is advantageous.
• Strong focus on rapid execution and outcome-driven work approach.
• Capability to validate concepts through quick prototyping and experiments.

Technical and Equipment Requirements

• Work-from-home setup with a desktop or laptop featuring minimum 4th generation Intel i3 or equivalent processor and at least 4GB RAM.
• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher, or macOS.
• Dual monitors for effective multitasking.
• Reliable and fast internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps wired DSL, cable, or fiber broadband).
• PC headset and an HD webcam with at least 720p resolution.
