About the Role
Join a dynamic talent management team as a Software Engineer - Fresher, primarily supporting Human Resources activities on a daily basis. During the training period, a stipend will be provided, and upon successful completion, a certificate will be awarded. Future roles with competitive pay will be considered based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out generalist HR functions.
- Support recruitment activities and employee onboarding processes.
- Manage recruitment and selection workflows efficiently.
- Coordinate and organize internal meetings and company events.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records.
- Address employee queries and handle grievances.
- Assist audit-related processes.
- Participate in employee performance management and facilitate appraisal processes.
Candidate Profile
- Basic understanding of Human Resource functions at the entry level.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, capable of managing strategic and complex business challenges.
- Passionate about people management and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Educational qualifications preferred: Fresh graduates with BBA, BCA, BCOM, or MBA degrees.
