Software Engineer

About the Role

A fast-growing company spanning five countries is seeking an intermediate full-stack engineer to revolutionize a professional services category that is currently reliant on manual processes such as spreadsheets, email threads, and manual paperwork assembly. This role is positioned within a small, supportive team including senior engineers and a hands-on technical lead who will directly mentor and assist with your growth.

The platform you will work on serves three distinct user groups simultaneously, providing exposure to client-facing workflow applications, automated document processing, and internal tool development rather than a single product segment.

You will also gain practical experience deploying AI-driven systems in production and lead research and development efforts for new features and products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack features focused on web and SaaS applications, ensuring end-to-end delivery into production environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback from non-engineering stakeholders to enhance product usability and performance.
• Contribute to the integration and operation of AI and large language model technologies in live systems.
• Participate in R&D to innovate and build new platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven software development experience on web applications or SaaS platforms, with a track record of shipping production-ready features.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React frameworks along with practical experience using SQL-backed databases.
• A genuine interest and curiosity about artificial intelligence and large language models.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging directly with stakeholders outside the engineering department.
• A user-centric mindset demonstrating care about product quality, focusing on how features feel and perform for end-users.
