Responsibilities

• Lead key projects by overseeing the entire software development lifecycle (from ideation through to deployment), collaborating closely with teams in Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Drive technology advancement through proposing innovative ideas, conducting experiments, and iterating on solutions to refine both software and product functionality.
• Utilize and integrate emerging AI technologies into product development processes to continuously challenge and improve current approaches.
• Work within a cross-disciplinary scrum team environment to create scalable, user-centered features.
• Support overall team objectives by fixing bugs, handling individual tasks, and maintaining ongoing product quality improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in full-stack software engineering roles.
• Solid front-end skills, preferably with React; backend experience with Django, FastAPI, or comparable frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with confidence in clarifying ambiguous situations by asking relevant questions, making sound choices, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and experimentation to enhance technical solutions and product designs.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, active listening, and translating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A dedication to producing reliable, well-tested code with complete ownership of your work’s standard and quality.
