Join a crypto-native proprietary trading firm located in London, expanding its core team with 2 to 4 software engineers. The team, currently six members strong, manages one of the world's largest DeFi trading operations, enabling exceptional leverage per individual.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Currently employed at a tier-1 crypto market maker, proprietary trading firm, or quantitative systematic trading shop, or demonstrate exceptional engineering skills from leading technology companies.
• Proven experience shipping software to production in technically demanding environments.
• Strong academic or professional track record.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language other than Python; C++, Java, C#, and Rust are preferred.
• Willingness to comply with a non-compete agreement of six months or less.
