Software Engineer - Application Development & Pre-Sales

About the Role

Ansi Technologies is seeking a dynamic Software Engineer to be part of its technology team in Delhi NCR. This position combines practical software development responsibilities with client-focused technical involvement in sales support and solution demonstrations. Ideal candidates are those passionate about coding and also adept at engaging with clients during pre-sales discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and sustain web and enterprise applications with well-structured, maintainable code.
• Engage in frontend, backend, or full-stack development depending on project needs.
• Create and integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Diagnose and resolve software application issues and provide ongoing technical assistance.
• Contribute to software testing, debugging processes, and deployments.
• Interpret customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior developers and project teams during implementation phases.
• Participate actively in client meetings to gather and understand technical requirements.
• Assist sales teams by preparing technical proposals, documentation, and delivering solution presentations.
• Conduct product demos and proofs of concept to prospective clients.
• Research and suggest appropriate technologies and solutions based on client demands.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Strong foundation in software development and programming principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, or C#.
• Basic web development knowledge including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, database systems, and software integrations.
• Familiarity with relational databases like SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience or familiarity with version control systems like Git is preferred.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and debug software issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Enthusiastic to learn new technologies and adaptable to multiple development projects.

Additional Preferences

• Internship or coursework experience related to software or application development is desirable.
• Exposure to building web applications, APIs, or enterprise platforms like CRM, ERP, SaaS.
• Knowledge of business applications such as Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, or Microsoft is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and third-party application integrations.
• Capability to create effective technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.

Work Environment & Expectations

The candidate should be passionate about software engineering, comfortable interacting with both clients and internal teams, and willing to be responsible for both software delivery and pre-sales technical support. Adaptability, quick learning and clear communication in both technical and business terms are essential. Experience in consulting or technology services settings is a plus. Fresh graduates with strong academic or project backgrounds in programming are encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualifications

The position requires a degree such as B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

Compensation

Monthly stipend ranging from 10000 to 15000 INR.
