Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, you will have complete responsibility over your product's lifecycle within a progressive DevOps environment. You will manage architecture, design, implementation, testing, and operations, delivering through iterative development cycles. Furthermore, you will help maintain platform reliability by troubleshooting production issues, participating in post-incident reviews, and addressing technical debt prioritization.

Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in developing Java-based cloud applications utilizing Spring Boot and relational database systems.
• Proficient experience using intelligent coding tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, and Gemini CLI.
• Deep understanding of designing performant, resilient, and decoupled software with excellent maintainability standards.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams.
• A proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset committed to continuous improvement.
• Able to author high-quality code and guide design decisions through proofs of concept and critical code components.
• Keen understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with open-source frameworks, tools, and libraries.
• Applied awareness of technical obsolescence, regulatory compliance, security, and privacy considerations.
• Experience or strong interest in modern Java development, containerization, cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, event streaming, data analytics, test-driven development, continuous delivery, and site reliability engineering.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
