Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer skilled in building high-quality, innovative, and scalable full-stack platforms. The role involves significant responsibility in developing robust software solutions and contributing to our growing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definitions, requirements, solutions, and recommendations.
• Create clear documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and well-commented code to showcase solutions.
• Design system specifications, set standards, and implement programming solutions.
• Enhance overall operations through in-depth system analyses and recommend procedural improvements.
• Manage software acquisition by collaborating with vendors, recommending purchases, testing, and approval.
• Stay current by studying advanced development tools, programming methods, and new technologies.
• Engage in continuous learning through educational opportunities and professional literature.
• Maintain confidentiality to protect operational integrity.
• Gather and analyze information to summarize development and service challenges.
• Contribute to completing engineering and organizational goals efficiently.
• Develop software by understanding system flows, data usage, and work processes, following the complete software development lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
• Skilled in designing interactive applications.
• Proficiency in Java software development.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools such as JPA2 and Hibernate.
• Experience creating web applications using frameworks like JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC.
• Familiar with test-driven development methodologies.
• Competent in various software engineering tools.
• Ability to comprehensively document software requirements and specifications.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
• Involvement in open-source projects or possessing a strong technical portfolio.

First 90 Days Expectations
