Role Overview
As a Software Developer within our team, you'll design and maintain reliable, scalable multi-tier applications built for frequent production deployments. You will focus on enhancing core platform functionalities, particularly identity management layers, cloud data synchronization, and CRM integrations, contributing to the growth of cloud marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve core platform features including identity services, cross-cloud data synchronization, and robust CRM system integration.
- Tackle complex and high-impact technical challenges efficiently.
- Write maintainable code optimized for scalability, testability, and supportability.
- Own full lifecycle of your code, showing pride in deliverables.
- Engage actively in comprehensive code reviews and troubleshoot thoroughly.
- Lead apprenticeship initiatives by mentoring junior team members.
- Maintain curiosity about how your work fits into broader team and company objectives.
- Foster inclusivity and openness in all interactions within our diverse team.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience developing modern, scalable backend services with strong adoption of type-driven development methods.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS using infrastructure as code tools like AWS CDK, Terraform, or equivalents.
- Proficient with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Elastic and relational databases like Postgres including data modeling.
- Experience with the Go programming language is considered an advantage.
- Skilled in designing and building RESTful APIs, with robust judgment in balancing technical trade-offs and maintaining high standards.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a keen understanding of system-wide impacts of contributions.
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments demanding asynchronous communication and effective verbal and written communication across distributed teams.
