Overview

micro1 is seeking skilled Software Developers to participate in an innovative digital project that focuses on training advanced AI models. In this capacity, your contributions will be pivotal in improving how AI systems learn and operate by providing real-world, high-quality inputs. Prior experience specifically in AI is not necessary; however, domain expertise in software development is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions primarily using Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and full-stack development approaches.
• Perform detailed code analyses and offer constructive feedback to enhance functionality, efficiency, and code quality standards.
• Produce and update thorough technical documentation to guide architectural frameworks and support ongoing software maintenance.
• Engage collaboratively in defining software architecture and advise on best practices to ensure long-term system stability and scalability.
• Analyze project and client requirements carefully to deliver high-quality and efficient outputs that satisfy stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute practical programming samples, elucidations, and problem-solving techniques to serve as foundational training data for AI models.
• Effectively communicate insights, challenges, and resolutions through clear written and oral formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in software development or consultancy, with proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack technologies.
• Proven success in designing and assessing complex software architectures and large codebases.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain comprehensive and accessible technical documentation.
• Experience in conducting and managing effective code review processes with insightful feedback.
• Excellent communication skills capable of simplifying intricate software concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience operating in remote environments and collaborating within distributed teams using digital communication platforms.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts or involvement in creating datasets for technological training is an added advantage.
