Position Overview
NTT DATA is recruiting a Software Asset Management Specialist Advisor to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role requires over 12 years of experience in Software Asset Management and encompasses comprehensive understanding and handling of the entire Software License Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full software license lifecycle with expertise in complex datacenter software licenses from major vendors like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, and SAP.
- Oversee projects and client relationships, ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, especially in customer service environments and challenging situations.
- Maintain a detail-oriented and analytical mindset focused on customer needs and outcome-driven results.
