Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to help design and build a next-generation, scalable, fault-tolerant fintech architecture capable of supporting rapid growth and longevity. This role involves executing complex vertical-specific projects and enhancing our technology stack within an international, diverse team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and fault-tolerant system architectures for fintech products.
• Lead complex technical projects ensuring smooth execution.
• Evaluate and select suitable technologies and frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Optimize system performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of professional experience ideally in fintech startups or leading tech companies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Ability to define technical designs for scalable fintech systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in software design patterns, architecture principles, and emerging technologies.
• Proficient in software development methodologies including debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with multiple technology stacks; proficiency in at least one backend language such as PHP (preferred), Go, Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms, message brokers, logging, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of database data architecture and handling high traffic and large data volumes.
• Proven ability to design robust, concurrent, fault-tolerant systems ensuring precise operation under load conditions.
• Balanced focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and auditability in critical domains.
