Role Overview

We seek a Software Administrator to manage and support the daily operations of our platform, ensuring smooth functioning as the number of users and connected devices grows. Positioned between operations, customer support, and technology teams, this role will require comprehensive understanding of live software systems in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer users, configure access rights, and manage platform settings.
• Assist customers and riders with their activities and associated products.
• Collaborate with the technology team to troubleshoot and resolve platform and operational issues.
• Maintain and update operational reports and reference data accurately.
• Monitor platform activity continuously to detect frequent issues and suggest enhancements to support processes.
• Provide support for newly introduced platform services.

Experience and Skills Required

• Prior experience supporting or administering live software platforms.
• Familiarity with software related to clean energy, electric mobility, fintech, Internet of Things (IoT), asset financing, or field operations.
• Experience supporting mobile applications and operational user requirements.
• Knowledge of mobile payment systems and their management.
