Role Overview

This role as a Soft Skills Trainer is part of the Foundation's flagship "Grow" program, which focuses on equipping unemployed graduates with essential employability skills. The objective is to prepare youth for private sector employment through training in communication, digital literacy, soft skills, and related competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions according to a predefined curriculum covering soft skills, communicative English, digital literacy, communication skills, digital problem solving, sector readiness, workplace preparedness, and interview techniques.
• Develop learners' skills and knowledge in line with the prescribed training modules.
• Prepare participants to confidently face interviews through skill-building and practice.
• Implement concurrent assessments to monitor and measure student progress as per training plan.
• Maintain accurate records related to training sessions and participant activities.
• Contribute to center operations by assisting with events such as parent meetings, retention follow-ups, and feedback collection to ensure center success.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Ability to teach and facilitate soft skills and communication effectively.

• Compensation ranges from 200,000 to 375,000 INR annually.
