About the Role

Innovation Comes Jointly (ICJ) is seeking passionate freelance trainers based anywhere across Uttar Pradesh and PAN India to join upcoming training and development initiatives. This opportunity involves delivering and customizing impactful soft skills and communication training sessions to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of soft skills, communication, teamwork, leadership, and interview conduct techniques.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions tailored to audience needs.
• Adapt content to suit different participant groups, ensuring optimal learning outcomes.
• Maintain high participant engagement and satisfaction throughout the training.

Required Expertise

• Experience in soft skills and communication training.
• Competence in leadership and team building facilitation.
• Capability to provide technical or domain-specific training when required.
• Background in teaching or academic training is beneficial.

Additional Information

• Trainers must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Graduation or equivalent knowledge related to soft skills is required.
• Possession of a laptop is mandatory for conducting sessions.
• Positions available across all regions of Uttar Pradesh, including but not limited to Hamirpur, Kanpur Dehat, Etawah, Lalitpur, Jalaun, Chitrakoot, Kanpur, Ayodhya, Ghaziabad, Pilibhit, Auraiya, Jaunpur, Sultanpur, Banda, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Azamgarh, Sinkandra, Matti Kanpur.
