Overview
The Miller Collection seeks an experienced Social Media Manager to independently handle the daily operations and strategic planning for a dedicated client account across multiple platforms. This position demands creativity, strategic vision, and a thorough understanding of diverse social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the client's social media presence day-to-day.
- Create, organize, and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Develop creative campaign ideas and brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct research on visual, cultural, and creative inspirations relevant to the brand.
- Write engaging content and copy for posts, Stories, Reels, and other social media formats.
- Produce engaging regular and impromptu Stories.
- Schedule and publish content effectively across platforms.
- Interact with the community by managing comments and audience engagement.
- Identify trending topics and opportunities to grow the brand's visibility.
- Collaborate with designers and creative teams to realize content concepts.
- Analyze content performance through insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client’s social media presence.

Candidate Profile
- Possesses 3 to 4 years of experience in social media management.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and varied content types.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate goals into effective social media campaigns.
- Excellent creative skills and ability to find fitting references.
- Efficient in handling schedules, deadlines, and spontaneous requirements.
- Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
Role Specifics
This is a part-time, fully remote position based in the UAE time zone, operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM UAE time. The role emphasizes experience, quality of work, and strategic thinking over formalities.
