About the Role

Create Something Beyond is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager based in Kolkata to join their full-time, on-site team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing client social media accounts and a track record of producing compelling, strategic content.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and plan content calendars along with comprehensive social media strategies.
• Create and publish engaging posts, stories, and Reels.
• Conduct research on current trends, competitors, and viral material to optimize content.
• Craft captivating captions, hooks, and creative copy for various platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with designers and video editors to produce content.
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize to enhance content performance.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to manage and fulfill requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in managing social media platforms.
• Expertise in content strategy and creative ideation.
• Proficiency with Instagram formats, especially Reels.
• Strong copywriting and caption development capabilities.
• Skill in researching market trends and competitor activities.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Fundamental abilities in video editing.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for social media management.
• Excellent communication skills and client handling experience.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.

Additional Information

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role.
Salary: Monthly compensation ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, depending on skills and portfolio quality.
