About the Role
Videsh Holidays, a travel brand based in Vadodara, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to join their team full-time at their office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and elevating the brand's social media presence across platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Instagram and Facebook accounts effectively.
- Develop comprehensive monthly content calendars.
- Create and edit engaging Reels to showcase travel experiences.
- Collaborate with internal team members to produce video content.
- Design travel package posts, carousels, and Stories.
- Monitor and research current travel-related content trends.
- Craft compelling hooks, captions, and calls to action for posts.
- Work closely with influencers and content creators for brand amplification.
- Analyze metrics on reach, engagement, and inquiries to optimize social strategies.
- Assist in generating WhatsApp leads through social media efforts.
Candidate Profile
- A background of 1 to 3+ years in social media management.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Exposure to the travel or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
- Proficient in Reel and video editing skills.
- Comfortable filming content involving team members or others.
- Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Good grasp of current Instagram trends and platform dynamics.
- Highly creative, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Compensation & Application Details
The monthly salary ranges from ₹11,000 to ₹25,000, commensurate with experience and portfolio quality.
