Job Role

This role involves managing and expanding presence across multiple social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and increase engagement on various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement content strategies aimed at boosting engagement, follower base, and conversions.
- Conduct research on viral trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to design creative content calendars.
- Create eye-catching thumbnails, short videos, and social media graphics.
- Edit and optimize video content for maximum reach.
- Monitor performance metrics, utilizing analytics to enhance results.
- Keep abreast of SEO best practices and platform algorithms to improve organic visibility.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to support campaigns and foster brand development.
Candidate Profile
- Comprehensive understanding of all major social media platforms and their current algorithms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, and skills in thumbnail creation.
- Capability to identify viral trends and develop engaging content tailored for target audiences.
- Knowledgeable in SEO practices for social media and content optimization.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong storytelling skills.
- Previous experience in social media growth, marketing, or brand management is a plus.
