Social Media Manager

About the Role

Seligo Consultants Pvt Ltd seeks an imaginative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and expand the organization's presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, among others.

Key Duties

• Design and implement social media strategies along with monthly content calendars.
• Manage daily scheduling, posting, and publishing activities on various social media channels.
• Generate engaging content concepts, captions, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative teams.
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.
• Boost follower count, interaction levels, reach, and overall brand awareness.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and evaluate performance.
• Respond to comments and messages to foster audience engagement.
• Organize and execute promotional campaigns, contests, and partnerships.
• Compile regular reports on social media metrics and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and uphold the company’s online reputation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Two to five years of hands-on experience managing social media channels.
• In-depth understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Strong knowledge of content creation, reels, trends, and social media data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills paired with creative thinking.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing software is advantageous.
