Social Media Manager

About the Role

We seek an innovative and proactive Social Media Manager to enhance and expand EOCL India's social platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, strategic social media planning, trend monitoring, and collaboration with creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee EOCL India's social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement monthly and weekly content calendars and social media strategies.
• Produce captivating captions, posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
• Supervise coordination with Graphic Designers and Video Editors to meet creative and timely content needs.
• Assist with on-site video shoots, reel production, and other content generation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for creating engaging social content.
• Track social media metrics including performance, engagement, reach, and growth.
• Generate routine performance reports and recommend strategies to enhance results.

Requirements

• Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, hashtags, and content formats.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, quality, and punctual posts across platforms.
• Possess 1 to 2 years' experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong command of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube functionalities.
• Effective communication and copywriting capabilities.
• Creative approach with an understanding of trending social media formats.
• Basic proficiency with Canva and social analytics tools.
• Capability to manage and coordinate creative teams efficiently.
• Comfortable participating in shoots and generating video/reel content firsthand.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Working Hours

The position requires availability Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays off.
