About the Role
Growthmak Solutions LLP, a Bengaluru-based growth company, is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join their team on-site. The role involves managing multiple social platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X and includes content creation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Create and shoot video content featuring founders, team members, office environment, and client projects.
- Edit video reels and clips using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere or similar editing software.
- Design engaging posts and carousels using Canva or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar with regular postings.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster community growth.
- Monitor social media metrics including follower counts, engagement rates, and reach; prepare and present reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 0 to 2 years of experience in social media content creation.
- Proficient in shooting and editing videos independently.
- Skilled in Canva or comparable design software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, with additional knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, or X considered advantageous.
- Must be resident in Bengaluru and available to work from the office daily.
- Should provide a portfolio, page, or social media account showcasing self-created content including videos.

Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 15,000 to 20,000.
