Key Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion and management of various social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), Telegram, and other relevant channels.
• Design and implement content and distribution strategies tailored for our brands.
• Monitor developments in Web3, iGaming, and relevant internet cultures to generate timely content.
• Rapidly transform pertinent stories, trends, and online conversations into engaging content.
• Initiate new social media channels and pilot different content formats.
• Collaborate closely with company founders, growth teams, media, and partnership departments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with content creators, streamers, and key influencers.
• Analyze critical metrics such as reach, user engagement, and overall growth to guide strategies.
• Focus efforts on content and tactics that drive growth, discontinuing ineffective ones.
• Exercise full ownership over the social media presence and its evolution.

Candidate Profile

• In-depth understanding of X (Twitter) and strategies for growing internet-native brands.
• Prior exposure to Crypto Twitter, Web3 spaces, or iGaming industries.
• Strong intuition for crafting content and choosing optimal dissemination times.
• Exceptional English writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, make swift decisions, and maintain agility.
• Analytical mindset to identify what content performs well without excessive overanalysis.
• Passion for not only maintaining but actively growing social media channels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in successfully growing social accounts on X, Telegram, or similar platforms.
• Background in Web3, iGaming, media sectors, or dynamic startups.
• Established network among content creators, streamers, or within Crypto Twitter communities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or social channels at once.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range from €45,000 to €65,000 annually.
