Job Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media and SMO strategies tailored for brand growth.
• Oversee and manage platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop detailed content calendars encompassing posts, reels, stories, and marketing campaigns.
• Enhance organic reach, boost user engagement, increase followers, and strengthen brand presence online.
• Create engaging captions and conduct research on hashtags, keywords, and trending topics.
• Track and analyze social media insights and performance metrics to optimize results.
• Perform competitor analysis to uncover new growth prospects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute quality content and video productions.
• Focus efforts on organic growth channels and generating leads via social media.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven expertise in Social Media Optimization and managing prominent social platforms.
• Experience with Instagram growth strategies, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube management.
• Strong skills in content planning, reels and short video production, and strategic hashtag/keyword usage.
• Ability to analyze analytics and competitor data effectively.
• Competence in driving organic lead generation initiatives.
• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency and a robust social media portfolio will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information

• Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (Delhi-NCR region).
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in related roles.
• Salary Range: INR 30,000 to 40,000 per month.
• Open to Male and Female candidates.
