About the Role
Shilp Inspiring Institute in Gandhinagar is inviting applications for a full-time Social Media Manager who excels in creating compelling Gujarati content. This position requires a creative, responsible, and experienced individual dedicated to managing and growing multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging Gujarati content including captions, reel scripts, hooks, carousel posts, and campaign materials.
- Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers and Video Editors for content production.
- Plan and execute reels, stories, posts, and promotional campaigns aligned with trends and brand messaging.
- Handle scheduling, posting, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor social media performance metrics focusing on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Support marketing efforts for workshops, events, and programs.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and communication across all platforms.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Gujarati with a strong grasp of Gujarati culture and audience preferences.
- Possess 2 to 3+ years of practical experience in social media management.
- Excellent content writing and communication capabilities with a creative and trend-sensitive approach.
- Good knowledge of popular platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar basic design tools is advantageous.
- Exhibit qualities like responsibility, commitment, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Preferably residing in or near Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad.
