Role Overview
We seek a motivated and imaginative Social Media Executive with 1 to 2 years of digital marketing or social media management experience. This role involves managing and expanding both our own brand's and our clients' social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube. The candidate must have a solid grasp of contemporary digital trends, content strategies, and engagement techniques to cultivate active online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategies for various platforms.
- Develop, schedule, and post compelling content including posts, stories, and reels aligned with brand objectives.
- Work closely with content creators and designers to organize campaigns and creative materials.
- Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and provide regular reports.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, popular hashtags, and platform algorithm updates to maximize content reach.
- Engage with audience responses and manage the brand's online reputation.
- Propose creative concepts to enhance brand visibility and foster audience interaction.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and current content trends.
- Strong skills in writing, communication, and visual storytelling.
- Experience using design and scheduling tools including Canva, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Creative outlook with the ability to plan and execute effective campaigns.

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
