Role Overview
The Social Media Coordinator position is full-time and based onsite in Pristina. The role involves designing, creating, and publishing compelling social media content supporting Chester Group's diverse events, campaigns, and media ventures. Responsibilities encompass managing daily publication schedules, tracking performance indicators, and promptly engaging with audience feedback. The coordinator collaborates closely with marketing, PR, and production departments to ensure social media messaging aligns with wider communication strategies. Supporting live event coverage and upholding consistent brand representation are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Chester Group’s projects and brand identity.
- Manage daily posting calendars and monitor social media engagement and analytics.
- Respond professionally and timely to interactions and inquiries across social channels.
- Work collaboratively with teams in marketing, public relations, and production to maintain cohesion in messaging.
- Assist in live coverage of events via social media platforms.
- Identify trends, suggest innovative content ideas, and contribute to broader digital marketing efforts to enhance online visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in crafting clear, engaging social media content aligned with brand communication goals.
- Experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management, including audience targeting and measurement.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of main social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, alongside fundamental analytics tools.
- Ability to operate onsite in Pristina, multitask across projects, and meet deadlines within a dynamic work environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset in content and campaign delivery.
- Previous experience in events, media, public relations, or related domains is advantageous.
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar fields is preferred.
