Role Overview

We seek a skilled Social Media and Content Creator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of social media algorithms, organic growth strategies, content trends, and audience engagement. Confidence in appearing on camera is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce captivating Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other social media content.
• Conceptualize creative ideas, hooks, scripts, and content themes.
• Present content confidently in front of the camera.
• Engage in filming, basic video editing, and content production tasks.
• Adapt to and leverage current social media algorithms and trends.
• Develop content aimed at increasing organic reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Create content related to Dubai real estate, including properties, projects, and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with the social media team to plan and implement content strategies.
• Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements continuously.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and techniques for organic growth.
• Expertise in short-form video content creation.
• Confidence and comfortability being on camera.
• Creative mindset paired with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in UAE real estate is advantageous.
• Submission of a portfolio demonstrating previous social media and content work is mandatory.
