About the Role
MideaSeed is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Associate or Manager to enhance and expand the social media footprint of several brands. This position requires a passion for content creation, digital marketing, and staying current with social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and publish compelling content across social networks including Instagram and Facebook.
- Oversee and manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Work closely with design, content, and production teams to align efforts.
- Keep abreast of platform updates, trends, and algorithmic changes to optimize content.
- Track and analyze content performance to drive improvements.
- Devise and launch innovative campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with planning shoots and coordinating content creation as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Between zero and three years of experience in social media marketing, content generation, or digital marketing.
- Proficient understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and other short-form content formats.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in content writing.
- Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools is beneficial.
- Experience with paid social advertising is advantageous.
Compensation and Growth
Salary ranges depend on role and experience: Social Media Manager ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month, Social Media Associate ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month. Salaries and positions will be finalized based on candidate expertise and selection results. There is scope for performance-driven salary increments and career advancement within 3 to 6 months.
