About Bloom House
Bloom House is a newly established residential facility dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. We are actively developing our team to provide outstanding, individualized care that fosters independence and enhances quality of life for residents.
Job Role
We seek a CORU-registered Social Care Worker to contribute significantly to the foundation and delivery of personalized residential supports. You will assist residents with their everyday activities while encouraging their autonomy, preferences, and meaningful engagement in daily life. The role includes acting as a key worker, offering mentorship and positive guidance to Social Care Assistants.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a minimum Level 7 Ordinary Degree in Social Care or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Current registration with CORU.
- Completion of Garda Vetting with satisfactory results.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Holding a full Irish or EU driving license is preferred.
Employment Details
Compensation starts at €17 per hour and will be adjusted according to experience. Employment options include full-time, part-time, and relief roles, all on a permanent basis.
