Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex needs.
- Establish and maintain constructive, trusting relationships that promote dignity, autonomy, and wellbeing.
- Evaluate, enact, and reassess care plans aligned with professional and organizational standards.
- Assist clients with daily life activities and behavioral support when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes.
- Ensure thorough and accurate record-keeping consistent with best practices and company policies.
Requirements
- Pursuit or completion of a Level 7 or higher degree in Social Care.
- Proven background in social care work is essential.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Capable of working autonomously and cooperatively within a team environment.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a private vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
