Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex needs.

• Evaluate, enact, and reassess care plans aligned with professional and organizational standards.
• Assist clients with daily life activities and behavioral support when necessary.

Requirements

• Pursuit or completion of a Level 7 or higher degree in Social Care.
• Proven background in social care work is essential.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Capable of working autonomously and cooperatively within a team environment.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a private vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
