Overview
Corlann invites motivated and compassionate individuals to join as Social Care Workers in Cahir, County Tipperary. This permanent, full-time position involves supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live enriched, independent lives.
Role Summary
The Social Care Worker plays an essential role advocating for and assisting individuals supported by Corlann. The focus is promoting clients' skills and independence by helping with daily practical tasks at home or in day services settings. Workers support the creation and achievement of individualized person-centered plans, empower informed decision-making, and promote community involvement through inclusive approaches and innovative thinking.
