Role Overview

The Sneaker Maker plays a central role in delivering a custom co-creation service that transforms Golden Goose items into distinctive designs that express the clients' personalities. This position is more than crafting customized sneakers; it is about inspiring and engaging customers with a personalized, empathetic experience that forges a lasting connection with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to co-create personalized Golden Goose products using diverse illustration and drawing techniques.
• Guide customers through an exclusive co-creation process that reflects the brand’s values and storytelling within the boutique environment.
• Actively participate in the sales cycle, striving to achieve business targets through strategic cross-selling and up-selling; support pre-sale and post-sale operations including inventory control and fostering customer loyalty.
• Ensure proper registration of customers on the Golden App to enable targeted customer segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation workspace to high standards in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support store operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, inventory management, as well as ensuring compliance with GDPR and health and safety regulations.
• Utilize IT and digital platforms effectively including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth to optimize processes and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous to support a diverse and inclusive team.
• Previous sales experience preferably in retail or customer service sectors is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Artistic abilities including hand-drawing skills (marker, watercolor, acrylic painting), alongside basic embroidery and sewing skills.
• Empathy, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Flexibility to adapt according to evolving business needs and customer demands.
• Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma; background in design is preferred.
