SME & Team Lead - Master Data Management (MDM)

The positions are based in Gurugram and require work from office during US shifts, with transportation provided in the form of cabs both ways.

Job Roles & Experience Requirements

• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management focused on SAP MM, including expertise in Material Master data and Bill of Materials (BOM) creation.
• Team Lead (TL): Candidates with at least 6 years of pertinent MDM experience are sought to lead teams in this domain.

Compensation

• SME role offers a fixed salary up to 10,00,000 INR per annum plus 21% performance-based variable pay.
• Team Lead role offers a fixed salary up to 15,00,000 INR per annum with an additional 21% variable component.

Work Location & Timing

• Work location is Gurugram office with mandatory in-office presence.
• Work timings align with US shifts.
• Convenient commute arrangement includes cab services both to and from workplace.
