Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a SmartStream Developer who will be responsible for implementing and configuring SmartStream reconciliation solutions. This includes configuring the rules engine, managing data feeds, creating workflows, and handling exceptions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure SmartStream reconciliation rules and matching logic
- Design and implement reconciliation workflows and manage exception handling processes
- Configure reconciliation solutions across systems as needed
- Develop and integrate data feeds from trading platforms, custodians, and accounting systems
- Perform customization, scripting, and configuration within SmartStream
- Support activities related to system instance consolidation and data migration
- Troubleshoot issues related to reconciliation breaks and system errors
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to convert reconciliation requirements into technical solution configurations
- Assist in resolving defects identified during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Candidate Profile
- Between 4 to 8 years of professional experience in SmartStream TLM development
- In-depth understanding of SmartStream reconciliation configuration, including rules engine, workflow setup, and break management
- Proficient in SQL and writing database queries
- Knowledgeable about financial market products and trade lifecycle processes
- Experienced in integrating data feeds from trading systems, accounting software, and custodian platforms
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Geographical Focus
The position primarily supports operations within Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
