Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced developer skilled in SmartCOMM template creation and maintenance, responsible for designing and enhancing customer communications and document templates.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain SmartCOMM templates and communication materials.
- Configure document layouts, establish business rules, and manage workflow operations within SmartCOMM.
- Integrate SmartCOMM solutions seamlessly with enterprise-level applications.
- Conduct thorough testing, diagnose issues, and resolve errors in the SmartCOMM system.
- Engage with business stakeholders to comprehensively gather and refine requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Practical expertise with SmartCOMM (Thunderhead) platform.
- Strong background in template design and development.
- Proficient in XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript languages.
- Experience in customer communications management (CCM) and data mapping methodologies.
- Familiar with version control systems and software development life cycle (SDLC), particularly Agile approaches.
