Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise overall branch operations to ensure smooth loan processing, excellent customer service, and steady sales growth.
- Lead and mentor the branch team, particularly in retail lending products and operational workflows.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting revenue via effective sales approaches.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal corporate policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess 4 to 6 years of professional experience in branch management or a closely related role, specifically within retail lending.
- Have a deep knowledge of loan sales, loan management, customer relationship management, team leadership, and branch operational handling.
- Demonstrate the capability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight while achieving high productivity standards.
