Taiba Chicken Farm in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE is seeking skilled Slaughterhouse Helpers to become part of their team. This role involves assisting in the slaughtering process aligned with halal requirements, primarily catering to candidates familiar with halal protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cutting operations efficiently and safely within the slaughterhouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to HACCP food safety standards to ensure hygienic processing of poultry.
- Support daily operations in the slaughterhouse under direct supervision, assisting in the meat preparation workflow.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of practical experience in slaughterhouse or related activities.
- Proficiency in precise cutting skills relevant to poultry processing.
- Sound understanding and application of HACCP food safety protocols.
- Only Muslim applicants will be considered to comply with halal slaughter regulations.
