Skilled Butcher

Role Overview

We are looking for a Skilled Butcher with comprehensive product expertise and proficiency in cutting and preparation techniques, committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves preparing customer orders accurately and maintaining robust knowledge of stock control processes. Collaboration with the Butchery Manager and department team is essential to support sales and profitability, ensuring compliance with health & safety and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute as part of a close-knit team within the Butchery Department.
• Take charge of department operations during the Butchery Manager’s absence.
• Adhere to company-standard methods and comply with food safety and health and safety legislation at all times.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Assist with stock control and maintain product quality standards.

Working Hours

The work schedule will be discussed during the interview stage. As we operate 7 days a week, various flexible working patterns are offered to accommodate personal and family commitments while fulfilling business needs.
