Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be the operational focal point at the Honda Canada Manufacturing (HCM) site in Alliston, ON. This role demands rigorous auditing abilities, effective time management, accurate documentation, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of waste bins, front-end loaders (FELs), and compactors on-site.
• Perform daily inspections of all trailers, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), Certificate of Inspection (CI), and dispatch related documentation.
• Provide support for site-specific requests directed at field agents (FA).
• Complete necessary paperwork based on collected data.
• Assist in maintaining site cleanliness and organization.
• Recommend process improvements and propose new projects.
• Participate in meetings involving Honda representatives and vendors to facilitate collaboration.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
• Strong proactive communication and effective teamwork skills.
• Excellent computer literacy combined with solid mathematical abilities.
• Completion of at least two years of post-secondary education.
• Experience in the chemical processing industry is preferred.
• Capability to read and comprehend technical documents.
• Forklift operation experience is considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, subject to factors such as experience, qualifications, and location.
