SS Brand Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor to be based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The role offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹12,000 and ₹18,000.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities at the site to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and supervise the workforce on site.
- Ensure tasks are carried out properly and meet prescribed standards.
- Delegate assignments to workers and monitor their progress.
- Maintain discipline and enforce safety protocols at the worksite.
- Collaborate with the team to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule.
- Undertake additional on-site duties as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities.
- Capability to manage and coordinate site personnel effectively.
- Responsible attitude with willingness to work across various project sites.
- Experience in site supervision is preferred but not mandatory.
