About the Role

Join Vestas as a Site Supervisor in Dumat Al Jandal, Saudi Arabia, where you'll become an essential part of the Service department responsible for maintaining Vestas' wind energy assets across the Middle East and Africa region. This role is focused on operational leadership, contract execution, and optimizing asset performance at the site level.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and promote Vestas' core values: Simplicity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Passion.
• Serve as a role model and ambassador for safety culture on-site.
• Lead and develop the operational team effectively.
• Ensure execution of contractual obligations while enhancing site and asset performance.
• Achieve company targets regarding safety metrics (Total Recordable Injury), production losses, cost efficiency, and planning success.
• Coordinate site activities and act as the key liaison among contractors, technical teams, supply chain, and continuous improvement functions.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in similar supervisory roles within operational environments.
• Leadership characterized by a strong sense of responsibility.
• Capability to operate effectively in complex and demanding conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with IT tools and software applications.
